What do you do when you are faced with something in life that appears insurmountable?
For much of my life, I would usually sit in great amounts of stress, anxiety, and overall duress when faced with challenges I couldn’t see my way around or out of. Thankfully, I’ve learned not only what produces these so-called mountains (challenges) but how to dissolve them and move through it with grace and ease.
I share my own experience with this and three easy things to do when faced with any challenge.
