Activating your genius will never drain you in serving others, but using your best “skill sets” certainly will. Being the greatest problem solver in the room still requires you to be surrounded by problems (including your own). There’s a better, simpler way to be of service and do good in this world without taking on the herculean burden of saving people from their pain or discomfort, or solving their problems they are convinced are real. Do you need to be the one people come to? Do you need to be needed? Is your importance tied to people seeing you a certain way?
Happy to dive into it in this conversation!
